Return Policy

You have up to 7 Days from the date you received the order to initiate a return for items purchased on wannabii.co

Please Note:

• All items must be sent via MAIL. We do not accept in store returns.
• Items must be returned IN NEW, UNUSED CONDITION with original tags still attached.
• Shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Return Processing

Once your return is delivered, please allow 3-5 business days for our team to inspect your item(s)

After inspection, please allow an additional 24-48 hours for your refund to be issued back to your original form of payment.

We will send you a confirmation email once your refund has been processed

Important

We do not accept returns or exchanges for Wannabii products purchased from other retailers or third party sites.
