Order Processing and Delivery Timeline

Orders are typically processed within 5-7 business days. Orders placed after 10pm (pst) may be processed on the next business day. Please note, during new collection releases, holidays, or other peak periods, processing and shipping may be extended. Once your order is placed , we're unable to change the shipping address or shipping method.

Address Changes

Unfortunately, we cannot modify the shipping address or delivery method after checkout.

When your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Customers are responsible for tracking their packages once they have left our warehouse.

U.S. Shipping & Rates

We offer Free Standard ground shipping on all U.S orders over $100 (within the contiguous United States0. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 4-7 business days.

Shipping costs for other orders will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and the estimated weight of your package.

For orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico, air delivery will be automatically applied at checkout.

Please Note:

• We do not ship to P.O.Boxes.
• We cannot combine separate orders into one shipment.

Failed Delivery & Returned Packages

If your order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect shipping address or phone number, it will be returned to Wannabii at your expense.

If all delivery attempts fail, your package may be held at a local location for pickup. If not retrieved, it will be returned to us at your expense.

Damaged or Tampered Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to have been opened, please take a clear photo of the damage before opening it. Submit a claim directly with the shipping carrier, and contact us at wannabii.info@gmail.com for further assistance.
